We are hiring a Business Development Manager - Retail with strong experience in retail industry for one of our client in London, UK. It is a permanent role with hybrid working module. Key Responsibilities Secure listings with Boots, Holland andamp; Barrett, Tesco, Sainsbury''s, Waitrose, and specialist sports retailers Lead end-to-end retail negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP) Design and implement trade marketing strategies and promotional calendars Drive sell-through performance and accelerate secondary sales velocity Own pricing architecture, margin modelling, and profitability frameworks Professional Experience andamp; Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in Retail, Nutraceuticals, FMCG, or Consumer Brands Demonstrated success in managing retail accounts and delivering commercial growth Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Expertise in trade marketing, promotional planning, and pricing strategy Analytical mindset with the ability to balance commercial targets and brand equity ..... full job details .....
