Our software and account-managed service supports clubs with our 5-Pillar Club Development approach.FinancePeopleGovernanceFacilities and EquipmentFootballWe offer tailored club support advice and planning to all our clubs and have built a range of specific features and services that assist clubs in growth and sustainability:Payment collections and registrationsIncome generation - Fundraising and Sponsorship playbookClub development adviceReportingEvents and CommsSafeguarding and WelfarePersonal injury insuranceAccess to retail partnershipsTeam ToursClub ShopEmployee BenefitsA collaborative and supportive culture and working environment with regular social and charity eventsCompetitive salary and commission structureHealthcarePension and holidaysProfessional development opportunities.Main ResponsibilitiesBrand AmbassadorRepresent the brand in your region and grow the footprint of TeamFeePay with grassroots | amateur clubs, leagues and Football Federations.Solution SalesLearn and confidently promote, demo, and sell our systemEffectively communicate TeamFeePay''s value proposition and tailor solutions to meet client needs with a needs led approachComplete the pre-qualification process for all leads, aligning with company strategyManage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing within your regionParticipate actively in pre- and post-sales activitiesBe accountable for delivering on business targets and reporting on performance, key insights and learns including movements of competitors.Team managementHelp to recruit and manage a small team of ambassadors to support club introductionsReport regularly on performance and insights to the Head of FootballCollaborate with other members of your wider sales team to share tactics and supportParticipate in performance reviews and undertake relevant training.Club ManagementCollaborate with the internal onboarding team ensuring that the clubs are onboarded to our application effectivelyNurture the club throughout their journey with TeamFeePay.TravelPlan and execute travel to larger clubs, events and coordinate with team members for club development, acting as the first point of contact for club introductions.Participate in regular face to face team meetings.Pipeline ManagementTrack and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals through our Salesforce system, updating the CRM (Salesforce) at every stage of communication for accurate reportingIntroduce new sales to the Onboarding ManagerBe accountable for delivering on business targets and KPIsWork with marketing to create engaging communications, grow our online presence and drive inbound inquiries from LinkedIn and other social media channels. Supporting the marketing in creating video content for promoting TeamFeePay.Build relationships with leagues and Football Federation, aligning with the required accreditationsPlan and attend quarterly events and tournaments to engage with clubsMaintain and source contact information for the regional club prospect databaseUnderstand the client lifecycle and ensure continued success through various milestones.Continual ImprovementReview and suggest improvements for automation and efficiencyCollaborate with team members and other departments to achieve results and deliver exceptional client experiences.Skills and ExperienceFluent in English and ItalianConnections within grassroot football (preferable and not essential)Sales or Business Development Management experienceProficient in CRM softwareProven experience of a similar role, achieving sales targetsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh levels of resilience and patienceProcess-driven with a strategic mindsetAble to work within a fast-paced, engaging environmentAbility to identify and capitalize on opportunities arising within the customer baseTeam playerGood time-management skillsIT and computer literate – good working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGCSE English and Mathematics (or ..... full job details .....
