Business Development Manager Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 + Car Allowance Location: Worcester We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join an established growing business in Worcester. This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can identify new opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers and drive continued commercial growth. The Role Identify and develop new B2B opportunities. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients Develop long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions. Work closely with internal teams to deliver customer projects. Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions where required. Manage sales activity through CRM systems and achieve agreed targets. About You Proven track record of winning new business. Experience selling a bespoke, premium or consultative solution is highly desirable. Confident dealing with senior decision-makers. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated. Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working towards targets.
