Recruit4staff are representing an established waste management business in their search for a Business Development Manager to cover the Kent area Job Details:Pay: Up to £40,000 per annumHours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00Duration: PermanentBenefits: Company car, company phone, laptop, 20 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year up to 23 days, career development opportunities Job Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will manage your own sales territory, generate new business opportunities, and develop strong relationships with commercial clients. The Business Development Manager will conduct sales calls, client meetings and site visits to secure contracts, prepare quotations and proposals, carry out market research, and analyse sales performance. The successful Business Development Manager will also proactively generate leads through cold calling and door-to-door sales activity to expand the client base.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:Knowledge of the waste management industryPrevious experience within a B2B field sales role acquiring new businessExperience with door-to-door sales and closing dealsStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently without supervisionPrevious experience as a Business Development Manager or similar sales professionalAdvantageous Skills, Experience, or QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar Business Development Manager role within the waste management industryAdditional ..... full job details .....
