Business Development Manager - FM / MandE Maintenance PPM Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation in the Manchester area.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional with a strong background in MandE maintenance, Facilities Management or Building Solutions to play a key role in driving business growth.The RoleYou will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing profitable MandE maintenance and technical compliance contracts. The role will focus on generating new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with key property and facilities stakeholders, and converting opportunities into long-term, profitable partnerships.You will be expected to build influential relationships with decision-makers, engage confidently with technical stakeholders, understand client requirements and develop commercially viable solutions.Key details:Hybrid working, with regular client and site visitsHead office based in Denton, ManchesterSalary: 60,000- 65,000, depending on experienceCar allowance providedSkills and Experience:Minimum 5 years'' business development experience within commercial MandE maintenance, Facilities Management or Building SolutionsProven track record of winning maintenance contracts valued between 100k and 2m per annumEstablished relationships with managing agents and commercial property professionalsStrong technical understanding of MandE maintenance ..... full job details .....
