Job Role: Business Development Manager Location: Leicestershire (at least 1-2 days in the office with the rest UK travel)Shift: Mon - Fri Salary: 55k - 60k Benefits: (Company car and annual bonus) Job Role Responsibilities:My client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the business. You will play a key role in expanding the business market presence by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and working closely with their technical and project delivery teams to offer tailored automation solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectorsDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing clientsUnderstand client needs and propose suitable automation solutions in collaboration with technical teamsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposalsRepresent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functionsContribute to the development of strategic sales plans and revenue targetsTrack market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedbackThe Candidate:Proven track record in business development, ideally within engineering, automation, robotics, or industrial solutionsTechnical Engineering backgroundStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsTechnical aptitude or experience working with engineering teamsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamWillingness to travel as required - UK travel Apply: To apply for ..... full job details .....
