Business Development Manager - Permanent

Our client, is an established specialist services business operating within the London Property and Building sector, providing technical aftercare, maintenance and remedial solutions within the Private London Commercial Property Market.

They are looking for a highly networked and strong Business Development Manager who can demonstrate extensive experience within the London Commercial Property Market and who has strong relationships and contacts across the top tier Managing Agents, Property Directors, Facilities Managers and key decision makers.

Key Objectives of the role:

To utilise they key relationships to open strategic accounts and develop them into long-term portfolio clients and establish recurring relationships across multiple buildings and portfolios.

Services provided include: Facade Inspection and Condition Surveying, Planned Maintenance,  Remedial Projects.   The goal to win long term maintenance contracts.  

• To be considered you must have experience and be able to demonstrate:
• Strong experience within the London Commercial Property Market
• Opening doors into target managing agents and property organisations
• Create a defined pipeline of strategic accounts
• Secure initial projects that demonstrate capability
• Covert individual building oppportunities into wider portfolio conversations
• Develop recurring revenue through inspections, planned maintenance and remedial programmes

This role requires someone who has extensive contacts within the London Commercial Property Market, can demonstrate strong relationships with those top tier agents and selling into these organisations.

Permanent Contract - Base Salary + Commission ( OTE £90-£110K 1st year)

Must be client facing, based in or around London, this is a very much a client facing role - you will be expected to be out visiting clients so must be able to get around London easily - with 1 or 2 trips to the office per week (Herts).
