Business Development Representative (BDR), Remote, £40,000 - £50,000 per annumUK | AI Technology | B2B SalesWe''re looking for a driven BDR to join a growing AI technology company selling innovative AI products to businesses across the UK.This is a hands-on role focused on outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, meetings, demos and new business generation.Key ResponsibilitiesRun personalised, multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phone.Respond to hot leads, inbound enquiries and campaign replies.Qualify prospects and book meetings.Manage CRM activity, reply classification and deal stages.Target enterprise-lite and mid-market customers.Identify opportunities through relevant industry developments, including ASA rulings.Research target companies and create relevant AI use cases for outreach.Manage inbound leads from the AI agent marketplace and automated campaigns.Support pre-event targeting and network with prospects at live events.Run product demos and convert prospects into trials and commercial opportunities.About YouPrevious BDR, SDR or B2B sales experience.Confident speaking with business decision-makers.Comfortable with high-volume, personalised outreach.Commercially driven and target-focused.Organised with strong CRM discipline.Interested in AI, technology and emerging business solutions.Proactive, resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.Location: UK (Remote) | Salary: £40k - £50k + Commission | Working: Remote/occasional ..... full job details .....
