Business Development Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a global coffee company. This is a field-based role focused on generating new business and developing long-term customer relationships across the commercial coffee sector. Key Responsibilities Generate and win new business opportunities. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations. Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts. Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records. Personal Requirements Previous business development experience within the commercial coffee machine industry. Proven track record of winning new business. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own diary. Full UK Driving Licence. This role is a national role so you must be prepared to travel.
