Business Development Manager Location: Manchester Salary: £35 DOE + £4,600 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (£10k OTE in year 1) + Bonus Full-Time Permanent Face to Face Sales Are you a confident BDM who thrives on building relationships and completing the full sales process from lead generation to meeting clients? We''re recruiting a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing company with offices across the UK. The Role: You''ll be responsible for developing new business across your patch - mainly Manchester and surrounding areas - and selling bespoke solutions to a wide range of clients. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys completing the full sales process, building trust in person, and closing deals. What You''ll Be Doing: Prospect and develop new clients across both private and public sectors Sell consultatively - tailoring solutions based on client needs Run face-to-face meetings, site visits, and product/service demonstrations Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service for the client Build long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities Track and report pipeline activity, market trends, and competitor activity What We''re Looking For: At least 2 years'' experience in a business development role.
