The Role Identify and secure new service and maintenance opportunities. Develop relationships with commercial, industrial, public-sector and leisure customers. Promote planned maintenance, reactive support, refurbishment and optimisation services. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award. Attend customer sites to identify service and improvement opportunities. Prepare quotations, proposals and tenders. Work closely with engineering and service teams to deliver solutions. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records. Working pattern and Salary Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm -45,000 per annum plus company commission structure Skills/Experience Required Proven business development or technical sales experience.
