Support with the preparation of proposals, tenders and customer presentations.Support customer onboarding and align operational requirements.Attend 2-3 industry and trade events per year, ensuring leads are captured and followed up.Gather operational and financial data to support business cases and forecasting.Contribute to sales pipeline updates and support negotiations.Support rate and tariff updates.Maintain accurate KPI tracking for customer accounts within the CRM.Gather and share market intelligence on competitors and opportunities.Ensure compliance with relevant quality, safety, security and sustainability standards.Support commercial project delivery by coordinating tasks and monitoring progress.Support strategic initiatives led by the Head of Business Development.Experience and skills required:Experience of account ..... full job details .....
