Reporting to: UK & Ireland Group Commercial Director Responsible for: Business development activity across assigned regions and sectors, with line management of junior commercial staff where applicable. Key Responsibilities Market development & new business Identify and secure new opportunities aligned to Assured Ireland’s strategic growth plans. Build and maintain a robust pipeline across target sectors. Position Assured Ireland as a strategic service partner rather than a transactional labour provider. Client engagement Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across operations, procurement and commercial functions.
