Working closely with internal Estimating, Design, and Project Management teams, you will act as a trusted commercial advisor to Main Contractors, D&B Agencies, Architectural Practices, and Brand Directors. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Generation: Identify, target, and win profitable high-value accounts, multi-site retail rollouts, and commercial signage contracts (£20k – £250k+ project values). Consultative Selling: Engage directly with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Main Contractors, and Corporate Brand Managers to specify bespoke technical signage, illuminated displays, and wayfinding systems. Relationship & Tender Management: Lead commercial pitches, manage RFP/tender submissions, and secure framework agreements with regional and national clients.
