Overview
A leading IT reseller is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join their high-performing sales team. Location: Reading (Hybrid).This role focuses on new logo acquisition with targeting mid-market and enterprise clients, selling a broad portfolio of technology solutions and services. The business offers excellent support, a mature sales environment, and a generous commission structure; OTE is uncapped and realistically expected to exceed double the base salary when targets are met.Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networkingBuild and manage a strong pipeline of prospects within the IT sectorSell a broad portfolio of technology solutions, with a particular focus on Microsoft products and servicesCollaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical and sales support, to deliver tailored solutionsMeet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growthQualifications
Proven track record in new business development within the IT reseller spaceExperience selling technology solutions, ideally including Microsoft productsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to develop long-term client relationshipsSelf-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentDetails
