You’ll be the face of our Compliance Partner offering, covering Health & Safety, HR, Training, Occupational Health and more. Your focus will be firmly on winning new clients: identifying opportunities, opening doors and building relationships with business owners, Directors and Managing Directors. This is not an account management role. You’ll need to enjoy prospecting, creating your own pipeline and turning first conversations into long-term client partnerships. If you enjoy the chase as much as the win, you’ll feel at home here. What You’ll Be Doing Hunting for new business through telephone outreach, LinkedIn, networking and referrals. Creating your own opportunities rather than waiting for leads to arrive. Converting qualified inbound leads with energy, pace and professionalism.
