Business Development Manager Healthcare Staffing Location: Leeds City Centre Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + OTE £80,000 Uncapped Commission Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record ideally in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruitment or social care recruitment? This is an opportunity to join an ambitious healthcare staffing business in Leeds at an exciting stage of growth. This is a genuine growth role with a clear commercial remit, measurable targets and uncapped commission directly linked to the gross profit you generate. The business provides staffing solutions to children''s residential homes, supported living and learning disability services, and care homes. With dedicated recruitment, compliance, workforce, payroll and management support already in place, the focus is now on expanding the client base and developing new commercial partnerships. The opportunity You will take ownership of new business development, identifying the right organisations, opening senior-level conversations, winning new partnerships and turning those relationships into sustainable, profitable accounts. You will have direct access to the leadership team and the opportunity to influence commercial strategy, target markets, proposition and approach.
