Identify, engage and onboard new TPI partners to drive revenue growth. Manage existing broker relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention. Deliver training and support to partners on products, services and market developments. Work closely with internal sales and operational teams to maximise opportunities. Generate new business opportunities through networking, meetings and industry events. Monitor market activity and competitor offerings to identify areas for growth. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and relationship management targets.
