Business Development Manager

I''m recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a global credit insurance leader in Dublin. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new business in the Irish market, both direct and through a broker/introducer network.

What you''ll be doing

• Prospecting, structuring and closing credit insurance opportunities
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers and intermediaries
• Owning and developing a healthy sales pipeline (CRM-led)
• Negotiating commercial terms and delivering a "right first time" customer experience
• Raising market awareness and representing the brand in Ireland

What we''re looking for

• Proven new business track record and ability to hit targets
• Experience in insurance / credit / financial services (or similar solution sales)
• Confident negotiator with strong closing skills
• Strong CRM discipline and reporting capability
• Full driving licence required
