We''re recruiting for a New Homes Business Development Manager to join a successful team in Chatham, driving new business opportunities, building strong relationships with housebuilders and developers, and supporting the performance of new homes sales teams. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales professional with a proven track record of winning instructions, managing teams and delivering against commercial targets. The Role As a New Homes Business Development Manager, you will: Generate new business and present to housebuilder clients to secure new homes instructions Build and maintain strong relationships with housebuilders, developers and residential offices Identify and develop new opportunities across varying-size developments Manage, motivate and incentivise site sales consultants to achieve targets Coach and support teams to maximise sales performance Generate opportunities for additional services including mortgages, conveyancing, lettings and property valuations Work closely with the area New Homes support team to ensure marketing and sales administration is managed effectively Problem-solve and influence outcomes to achieve the best commercial results Work towards agreed business development and sales targets ..... full job details .....
