Business Development Manager

Fresh People are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Development Manager to join a highly respected and ambitious professional services firm based in Canterbury.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Development professional who has worked within an accountancy practice, legal firm or similar professional services environment and enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and supporting sustainable business growth.This is a predominantly office-based role working closely with the firm''s leadership team to develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and help deliver the firm''s long-term growth strategy.The RoleDevelop and execute proactive business development initiatives to generate new opportunities.Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers and professional introducers.Identify prospective clients through research, networking and targeted outreach.Manage and develop a robust pipeline using the firm''s CRM system.Arrange meetings for Partners and support conversion of opportunities into new client relationships.Attend networking events, seminars and business functions to raise the firm''s profile.Work closely with Partners and the Marketing team on campaigns, events and client engagement activity.Monitor market activity, competitors and emerging opportunities across Kent and the South East.About YouTo be successful you will ideally have:Previous Business Development ..... full job details .....
