High-Density Hydro uses a mineral fluid around two and a half times denser than water, so a hill does the work that conventional pumped hydro needs a mountain to do. Long duration storage becomes possible on terrain nobody could use before, which opens up over one hundred thousand sites in Europe. Our demonstrator in Devon has been generating since December 2025. We aren t selling a simulation; we can put a customer in front of a machine that runs. We are a start-up, with backing from the UK government and European Innovation Council. Around 35 people across the UK and a technology centre in Montreal, heading into a Series A. We licence our technology rather than build projects ourselves, so our customers own the assets and we supply the equipment, the fluid, the controls and the engineering behind them. Get one customer right and it leads to a series of projects, not a single one. Purpose of the Role To own the commercial cycle in Europe from end to end: finding the opportunity, qualifying it, shaping it into a real project, negotiating the agreement and signing it.
