Business Development Manager - Europe and Africa
Job DescriptionNOV - XL Systems supplies the onshore and offshore oil and gas drilling industry with robust and reliable connector products for conductor and surface casing strings. The Business Development Manager - Europe and Africa is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across assigned markets. This role will primarily focus on new customer acquisition, new market entry, and long-term growth opportunities. The role will report into the Regional Sales Manager with alignment to key targets the business would like to develop. Acting as the front end of NOV''s growth engine, the Business Development Manager will engage with new customers, senior decision-makers, and strategic partners to shape early-stage opportunities, influence specifications, and position NOV as a preferred solutions provider.
