The company has a strong reputation in its field, a stable UK base and a full training programme, and it is investing in growth.The role Build and deliver a sales strategy for named OEM and industrial accounts across the UK and EuropeFind new projects, build a pipeline and convert it into design winsWork closely with engineering teams on customer technical discussionsGrow existing accounts and introduce products customers don''t yet buyOpen new accounts and build relationships at several levelsProvide accurate forecasts, market insight and competitor analysisVisit customers and attend trade shows and technical days How you''ll be measured Pipeline conversion to design wins, revenue against budget, forecast accuracy and overdue receivables recovery.
