Our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Commercial team and help expand their presence across the fire and security sector.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you''ll play a key role in driving new business and nurturing existing relationships. You''ll work closely with end users, consultants, and contractors to promote our full range of solutions - including fire detection, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tenders
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
• Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations

About You

• Proven track record in business development within fire and security
• Strong technical understanding
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
