The Business Development Manager''s role

You will play a key role in driving business growth across the Middle East, working alongside partners and senior leadership to shape and deliver strategic BD initiatives, including:

• Supporting and delivering business development plans across multiple offices
• Identifying target clients, sectors and growth opportunities
• Working closely with partners on client relationship development
• Coordinating pitches, proposals and marketing initiatives
• Collaborating with global BD teams on cross-border opportunities
• Providing strategic input on market positioning and business growth

This is a hands-on role with strong visibility, offering real involvement in shaping the firm''s presence in a key international market.

The Business Development Manager

• Minimum 3+ years'' BD & Marketing experience, ideally within legal or professional services
• Experience operating at a management level or ready to step up
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders
• Commercially aware, with an interest in international markets and growth strategy
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working across jurisdictions
