      <description>Location: London | Salary: 60000.00-60000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a Business Development Manager to build and grow a diesel generator sales division for an engineering and energy solutions business, across the UK. This is a field-based role for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, opening new accounts and building long-term customer relationships in the power generation market. The focus will be on selling diesel generator solutions as part of an official distribution offering, targeting commercial, industrial and critical power applications. This role would suit someone already selling diesel generators, standby power systems or associated power generation solutions and ideally coming from an established player in the market.   Key Responsibilities:   Develop new B2B relationships with contractors, facilities businesses, industrial clients, developers and end users requiring diesel generator solutions.   Identify and secure new sales opportunities across standby power, backup power and prime power applications.
