Up to €55,000 DOE- plus commission, monthly bonus & company vehicle
I’m looking for a driven, relationship-building, target-smashing Business Development Manager who’s ready to make a big impact with my client in the refreshment solutions sector. This isn’t just about selling, it’s about building long-term partnerships, creating opportunities from scratch, and negotiating deals that make everyone feel like they’ve won.

What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively driving new business and managing company-generated opportunities across your Dublin territory
- Building long-term strategic alliances that deliver bottom-line results
- Self-generating leads every week through networking, cold calling, and other creative methods
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals while maintaining healthy margins
- Working with Marketing to plan and deliver lead-generating campaigns
- Keeping sales plans, reports, and contract paperwork up to date
What you’ll need:
- 2-3 years proven B2B Business Development experience (industry background a bonus but not essential)
- Confidence with KPIs and the ability to deliver against them
- Experience in proposals, strategy, and seeing things through from concept to completion
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all kinds of people
- Organisational skills to juggle a busy workload
- Creative problem-solving and an eye on the bigger picture
