Our client is a leader in workplace safety innovation, providing bespoke solutions across Rail, Transport, Utilities, Aviation, and Construction.

They are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities across their key sectors. You’ll play a vital role in expanding their market presence and supporting their mission to keep workplaces safe.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute growth strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored safety solutions

• Proven track record in business development or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with a proactive, professional approach
• Ability to build rapport and understand client needs
