Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a Construction background, preferably with experience working with Modular Buildings or Steel Frame Buildings, looking to work in a predominately officed based role, where you can greatly increase your earnings through a generous commission scheme, with further great company at a business who boast nearly a centuries worth of industry experience?

In this role you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities via both warm and cold leads, creating and managing a varied pipeline of sales enquiries, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with customers, contractors, and architects. This role is predominantly officed based with occasional client and site visits.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar, from a Construction background and ideally with experience working with Modular Buildings or Steel Frame Buildings, looking for an autonomous role at a company with a deep-rooted reputation in the Construction and Modular Building sector, with great company benefits including a generous basic salary, a commission and healthcare scheme, a company car, and a generous holiday package.

The Role

• Generating new sales opportunities via both warm and cold leads

• Predominantly officed based with occasional visits to client and customer sites

• Business Development Manager or similar from a Construction background
• Ideally experience working with Modular Buildings and steel frame buildings
• Commutable distance to York
• Full UK driving license
