Business Development Manager (Construction) 60,000 - 70,000 + Car + Progression +Training + Company Benefits Stirling Are you a Business Development Manager or similar with experience working within the construction industry looking to join a well-established business, offering a role with complete autonomy, allowing you to make your mark and build your portfolio within the industry? In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to travel to client sites three to four days, meeting with customers, architects and suppliers to increase the outreach of the business. You will need to work for the generation of new business as well as maintain relationships with existing clients to bring in projects. Founded over 30 years ago, this construction business specialises in the design and delivery of a range of multi million pound residential and commercial new builds and refurbishments.This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar with experience working within the construction industry looking to join an established growing business. The Role:Travel to client sites three - four days and work from the office on remaining daysPrimarily travel across the Central Belt of ScotlandWork with clients, architects and suppliers to maintain, and grow, the outreach of the companyWork for the development of new business and maintain existing relationships to generate new projectsMonday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm with 3:30pm finish on FridayThe Person:Business ..... full job details .....
