Business Development Manager Commercial Fit-Out and Design and Build Location: LondonSalary: Up to £90,000 per annum + competitive packageJob Type: Full-time The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join an established and growing commercial fit-out and design and build company in London. This is a key role for an ambitious, commercially minded professional who understands the commercial interiors, workplace, fit-out and design and build market and has a proven track record of generating new business and developing long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying and winning new opportunities, building a strong pipeline of projects and developing relationships with clients, consultants, property professionals, architects, designers and other key stakeholders across the London market. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the business development process from initial prospecting through to securing new opportunities and supporting the transition into project delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing a targeted business development strategy for the London commercial fit-out market. Identifying and developing new business opportunities across occupiers, landlords, developers, property companies and other relevant sectors.
