Short-Term Management Contracts (SMC) and Times Partner Services (TPS).Key Responsibilities:

Develop and convert new business opportunities, delivering

12 new contracts per yearMeet KPIs, including submitting

two proposals per weekCollaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance) to craft winning proposalsLead the full bid process, from research and proposal writing to contract signingWork closely with the

Commercial Lead

to shape strategy and drive resultsMaintain and improve bid libraries and sales materialsProvide regular updates to senior leadership on deal progressWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong

skillsProven experience in
