Business Development Manager

A fast-growing funding and financial solutions business helping SMEs access the finance they need to grow is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to develop its presence across the South of England. This is a relationship-led sales role focused on building and developing a network of introducers, brokers, accountants and professional partners who can refer funding opportunities. You''ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key relationships and supporting clients throughout the funding journey. Working closely with internal teams and an extensive lender panel, you''ll help businesses secure the right funding solutions while driving revenue growth across your region. Key Responsibilities Build and develop a network of brokers, introducers, accountants and strategic partners across the South of England. Generate new funding opportunities through proactive, relationship-led business development. Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion. Attend client meetings, networking events and industry conferences to grow your network and identify new opportunities.
