Business Development Manager Location: London and South East Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Bonus + Package About the Role Our client is an established design and build contractor delivering high-quality commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London and the South East. With an excellent reputation for delivering CAT A, CAT A+, CAT B fit-outs and workplace transformations, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and develop long-term client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven individual with a strong network within the office fit-out sector who enjoys winning new business and working closely with clients from initial enquiry through to project award. Our client delivers workplace environments across a range of commercial sectors, offering a fully integrated design and build service. Responsibilities Identify and secure new business opportunities within the office fit-out sector. Develop relationships with occupiers, end users, landlords, project managers, architects and commercial agents. Generate opportunities for CAT A, CAT A+ and CAT B office fit-out projects. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Attend networking events and industry functions. Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
