The RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across workplace design and fit-out projects. Key responsibilities include: Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities within target sectors Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads Developing relationships with key decision-makers including occupiers, landlords, agents, and project managers Leading pitches, presentations, and proposal submissions Collaborating closely with design and project delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey Attending industry events, networking functions, and representing the business in the market Monitoring market ..... full job details .....
