The Role Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in expanding the company''s client base and increasing revenue through strategic business development activities. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and securing new business opportunities across London and the South East. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, architects, project managers and commercial property professionals. Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with company growth plans. Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through to contract award.
