Business Development Manager
Job Purpose To drive sustainable business growth by developing and executing strategic business development initiatives, securing high-value projects, building long-term client partnerships, expanding market presence, and leading the sales and business development function for the structural engineering company.Key Roles and Responsibilities As Business Development Manager: Strategic Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement annual business development and growth strategies.Identify new markets, sectors, and revenue streams for structural engineering services.Create and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.Establish strategic partnerships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and government agencies.Identify opportunities for geographical and sector expansion.Lead the business development team to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.Oversee key account acquisition and retention programs.Drive conversion of large-scale project opportunities.Lead the identification and qualification of tender opportunities.Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements.Develop sales strategies for key sectors including:Commercial developmentsResidential projectsIndustrial facilitiesInfrastructure projectsRenewable energy structuresPublic sector developmentsWe''re looking for a Business Development Manager with:Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, ..... full job details .....
