BDM - Bridging and BTLLocation: London Head Office / Field BasedSalary: Up to 65,000 depending on experienceFunction: LendingReports to: Head of Relationship ManagementDotted Line: Chief Lending OfficerAbout the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded BDM - Bridging and BTL to join our Lending team and play a key role in driving business growth across the UK.This is a field-based business development role, focused on building strong, long-term relationships with brokers and introducers and generating high-quality new lending opportunities across Bridging and Buy-to-Let.You will be the face of the Bank in the broker market, developing new relationships, strengthening existing partnerships and helping brokers navigate the lending journey from initial opportunity through to completion.The successful candidate will be proactive, relationship-led and commercially driven, with a strong understanding of the specialist lending market and a proven track record of delivering against business development targets.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and OriginationProactively identify and source high-quality lending opportunities through existing and new broker and introducer relationships.Build, develop and maintain a strong network of brokers and introducers, with a clear focus on generating new business.Conduct regular broker visits across London and the wider market to identify opportunities, understand market trends and convert prospects into completed deals. ..... full job details .....
