Business Development Manager (Bridging)

A hugely successful specialist UK Property Finance Brokerage based in Essex are looking for an experienced Bridging BDM to drive introducer relationships, brand presence and deal flow.The role will involve advising developers, investors and businesses on the full spectrum of funding solutions. Networking and building introducer relationships. This is an outward-facing role focused on visibility, connections and trust building.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Market PresenceBuild and maintain strong relationships with:Property developers and investorsProfessional introducersAuction housesAgents, surveyors, accountants and solicitorsAttend industry events, networking events and property meet-upsAct as a brand ambassador, strengthening their reputation and visibility in the marketProactively identify new introducer channels and partnership opportunitiesDeal Origination and Relationship ManagementGenerate new enquiries across bridging, development and commercialManage and nurture introducer relationships from first contact through to repeat businessWork closely with the internal brokerage team to ensure smooth progression of casesWhat you will need:Proven experience in property finance, specialist finance or financial services business developmentStrong understanding of: (or desire to learn)Bridging financeDevelopment financeCommercial propertyExisting relationships within the property or finance preferredConfident engaging with experienced developers, investors and ..... full job details .....
