National Business Development Manager opportunity within a growing specialist manufacturer Strategic specification-led sales role across major UK and Ireland infrastructure and construction projects Engage with leading MandE contractors and key distribution partners Excellent earning potential with uncapped commission accelerators Clear career progression into key account management and leadership opportunities THE ROLE:As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving demand and specification activity across the UK and Ireland for a range of modular, pre-fabricated off-site solutions used within cable management and metal extrusion applications. Working in a predominantly field-based capacity, you will engage with major MandE contractors, consultants, estimators, procurement teams and site stakeholders to secure product specification on large-scale projects across sectors including data centres, rail infrastructure, tunnels, pharmaceutical facilities, mechanical services, HVAC and nuclear applications. Once specified, you will work closely with distribution partners and internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue and support project delivery. LOCATION:National role covering the UK and Ireland, with approximately eight weeks per year in Ireland. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK and should be comfortable with regular travel.
