Business Development Manager

Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its London office on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and commercially focused position offering the chance to make a genuine contribution to the firm''s growth. The successful candidate will have the confidence to advise Partners, identify opportunities for growth and develop effective initiatives that strengthen the firm''s relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic business development
• Take ownership of high-value pitches, proposals and competitive tender opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
• Support the development and management of key client relationships and strategic accounts
• Deliver targeted marketing and business development campaigns
• Develop compelling marketing materials, credentials and client presentations
• Lead the coordination of client events and networking opportunities
• Oversee legal directory and industry award submissions
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and business development activity

What We''re Looking For

• Proven business development experience within a law firm
• Previous experience at Business Development Manager level or a strong Senior BD Executive
