Aztrum Recruitment is working with a rapidly expanding technology solutions provider that helps businesses modernise, secure, and optimise their IT environments. Delivering a broad portfolio of managed IT, cloud, cyber security, infrastructure, and support services, our client is continuing to grow and is looking for an ambitious sales professional to join their team.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with senior decision-makers, and introducing tailored technology solutions that solve real business challenges.

Working in a consultative sales environment, you''ll be responsible for developing your own pipeline, generating new opportunities, and managing prospects through the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, networking, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
• Engage with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and technology requirements
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and recommend tailored IT solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales activity effectively
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

About You

• Previous experience in Business Development, New Business Sales, B2B Sales, or Technology Sales
• A proactive, motivated, and target-driven approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness with a consultative sales style
• Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• A genuine desire to build a successful career within the technology sector
