The Opportunity

We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to develop new business across the UK pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.

You'll identify opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers and manage projects from prospecting through to commercial launch.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and win new business within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Generate leads through networking, prospecting and industry events.
Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.
Work closely with technical, quality and production teams to deliver customer solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Represent Autajon at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

About You

Proven track record in B2B business development.
Experience selling into pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated manufacturing sectors.
Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles.
Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.

Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical packaging, labels, folding cartons, medical devices or GMP-regulated environments.
