Job Title:  Business Development Manager – Apprenticeships  Location:  Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel Salary:  £40,000 + £10k OTE   Type:  Full-time, Permanent Essential Criteria:  The successful Business Development Manager will have proven experience of developing new business with SME’s and Levy employers for Apprenticeship starts, or Commercial training (ideally within Business Services or Early Years).  Strong CV that shows longevity as a BDM within the apprenticeship / skills arena  Exceptional communication skills, with the desire and drive to succeed.  Strong understanding of Apprenticeships funding criteria and Levy spending.
