Type:  4 DAY WEEK, Permanent - full-time salary for a 4-day week (compressed hours) Essential Criteria:  The successful Business Development Manager will have proven experience of developing new business with SME’s and Levy employers for Apprenticeship starts across one, or more of the following vocations: Health and Social Care / Childcare / Business Services. Strong CV that shows longevity as a BDM within the apprenticeship / skills arena  Exceptional communication skills, with the desire and drive to succeed.  Strong understanding of Apprenticeships funding criteria and Levy spending.
