Business Development Manager - Aerospace (Bristol/Hybrid) Our client is a fast-growing, multi-million £ advanced engineering company that delivers a range of complex systems, solutions, products and technical services to the civil aerospace, defence and marine markets. With ambitious plans for further growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a track-record in the Aerospace market sector to join and focus their business development activities on both established and emerging markets worldwide.Hybrid working or working from offices in Bristol, you will have demonstrable business development skills and experience with a positive and proactive approach to BD. You will need to be able to identify client needs in advance of the formal tendering process, develop sales campaigns, and support the construction of compelling proposals. However, we will also consider candidates who do not yet have the relevant experience but have the right attitude and passion to develop into the role. Necessary training and mentoring can be provided as required. Applicants must have a strong client relationship and business development mind-set. It will be advantageous for the successful candidate to have existing knowledge of the aerospace / aero-defence markets.
