Business Development Manager Construction, Roofing and Façades £50,000 £60,000 basic salary Milton Keynes Hybrid and field-based Nationwide remit Permanent, full-time Performance-related bonus plus company car or car allowance A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd are working with an established group of specialist contractors to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Milton Keynes head office. This is a senior, client-facing role working across three businesses operating in construction, roofing and façades. You will develop opportunities nationwide, build long-term client relationships and create a well-qualified pipeline that matches the capabilities and growth plans of each division. The group includes an £18 million roofing contractor with more than 70 years combined industry experience, a construction division turning over approximately £9 £10 million and a growing façades business delivering cladding, metal roofing and fire remediation projects. The façades division was launched 18 months ago and has plans to reach £30 £40 million turnover. The Role You will identify opportunities early, build relationships with the people shaping specifications and procurement decisions, and keep projects moving through pre-construction, tender, negotiation and contract award across all three businesses.
