Business Development Manager – Insurance

We're currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation within the insurance sector on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven individual to develop new business while managing and growing existing broker and partner relationships. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, building long-term partnerships and identifying new opportunities across the insurance market.

• Previous experience within the insurance industry
• Proven background in business development, account management or sales
• Experience working with brokers, insurers or MGAs
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline
• A proactive approach to developing new business and growing existing accounts
