 Based from my client's Kings Hill Kent Branch and on the road
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 basic (dependent on experience) + bonus scheme + car allowance 

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing  Kings Hill team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the manufacturing, logistics, and industrial recruitment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, focusing on industrial, manufacturing temp A-Z business within the Kent region
• Build a robust client base nationally or locally, leveraging your existing network and contacts.
• Collaborate closely with the Directors focusing on new business growth.
• Balance new A-Z business development with managing long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing success.

Ideal Candidate 

• Proven experience and client wins in recruitment within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record in temps and winning new accounts
• Established contacts within these industries and a proven ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong track record of building and nurturing relationships with A- Z business and large clients.
• A self-starter with a strategic approach to business development.
• Based in or around Kings Hill Kent to facilitate engagement with the company's core business areas.
